Course Format & Completion Requirements
Instruction Methods
Our NYC DOB-approved safety courses utilize a dynamic mix of live lectures, PowerPoint presentations, interactive discussions, and knowledge assessments to promote effective learning and real-world application.
Course Prerequisites
To enroll, students must:
- Be able to communicate effectively in the language in which the course is taught.
- Present a valid government-issued photo ID at the time of registration.
- Note: Personal interpreters are not permitted during instruction.
Certificate Eligibility
To successfully complete the course and receive an official OSHA or DOB course certificate, students must:
- Clearly communicate with the instructor and complete all required documentation in the course language.
- Submit all necessary forms, including registration, assessments, and attendance records.
- Attend 100% of the scheduled course hours. Make-up sessions, if needed, must be completed within six months of the start date.
- Actively participate in discussions, group activities, and exercises.
- Score at least 70% on all final exams and assessments.
Attendance Policy
Full attendance is mandatory. Students must complete 100% of course hours and actively engage in all training modules. Make-up time may be granted at the discretion of Fast Track Training & Learning Group’s administration.
Unsuccessful Completion Policy
Students who do not achieve a passing grade on the final exam will be required to retake the course at a future date and pay the current tuition rate at that time.
